Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or the wrong size. Please check the size chart before you buy.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you for free. Email pookies.wear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
